STAY YOUNG, STAY HEALTHY



It is always our dream to have healthy body and sound mind. All this desire is only in deaf ears. We can’t afford losing our satisfaction to the things we liked. We sacrifice our own wellness because the temptation to follow what is not healthy is more important than anything else.

We socialize with other people. Foods and drinks are all round us. But what kind of food we eat? What is the drink we take? The outside influence in the environment makes us blind to understand what healthy meant to us.

A healthy body can’t be realized by eating foods laden with fats and cholesterol. The muscles and joints are handicap without flexing its strength because of physical inactivity. The mind can’t give its potential because the kind of drink taken distorted and restricted the release of mental power. It dull the senses and clip its mental alertness.

To stay young and healthy is great sacrifice one is to take. If the foundation of complete change is weak, it is easy to crumble and the initiated efforts are useless. If the determination is come and go, the desire to stay healthy will never be realized.

What you can do about it? Are you willing to sacrifice simple pleasure to the tons of healthful benefits? Then you make your wrong move.

Many food specialists in health magazines were reiterating the importance of eating vegetables in our meals. It has been repeated million times in different periodicals the benefits it can give. Our level of intention wasted whatever efforts we started.

Any kinds of vegetables it may be green leafy of the yellow ones are enough to give the body the needed nutrients both vitamins and minerals. Vegetables with yellow color have enough beta-carotene compared to the others. Beta-carotene is chemical compound in vegetables acts as the anti-oxidant to fight the damaging free radicals. Free radicals are responsible for frightening diseases like cancers when the cells started to be unhealthy, dying and cancerous.

Many diseases are common to people that are overweight. Weight gain is the result of uncontrolled appetite to eat. Over-eating is not healthy option. Overweight is sign that there’s abnormal level of cholesterol in the arteries. A plaque stayed too long in the artery wall will narrow the passage of the blood to the different parts of the body. This was the reason heart attack and other cardiovascular disorder is the disease of adults.

Overweight gives too much strain to the heart. It has to work extra hard to be able to respond to additional burden in its function. Normal weight is the best option to take. It gives the kidneys certain space to work in effective manner.

Eating fish is the safest food for our health compared to meat and meat products. Fish contains essential fatty acid. Omega-3 and omega 6 and DHA are abundant. Fatty acid found to assists the cells to have flexibility and permeability in circulatory and nervous systems. It takes part in the enhancement of better skin structure.

Physical activity is one way of keeping weight in check. Muscles and joints have flexibility to stretch to its maximum strength. It is how important exercise to keep the heart muscles in better shape with enough strength and strong pumping structure.

Change the kind of unhealthful lifestyle you have now. With good eating habits it is your trip ticket to better health. Include fruits in your daily meal plan. Fruits are composed of many nutritional benefits. It has enough sources of vitamins and minerals and other helpful chemical properties that can aid the body to correct any nutritional deficiency.

Keep away from environmental inhalants and vehicle smokes. This is the culprit of the onslaught of the damaging free radicals to the human cells leading to the existence of many kinds of cancers.

Use your brain to maximum potential. Writing something as hobby may enhance mental power by exercising every fiber of it. This will help prevent mental deterioration.

Avoid eating contaminated foods especially those cultivated under the care of pesticides and other harmful chemicals. As much as possible, keep away the mind from many stresses of the day. Relax and have better composure. Deep breath or to do something for the mind to be occupied will help to release feeling of anxiety. Too much stress induces physical changes that will accelerate fast aging.

Exfoliate your skin to restore normal glow. Protect your skin from irritation and burns. With better skin care, it will not dry easily. This is to skin check visible wrinkles too early to appear and make the necessary prevention and other possible protection to avoid further damage to the skin.
Drink potable water that is safe and sure. Water is needed to quench the thirst and to avoid skin dehydration. Too much exposure to chlorine may aggravate body aging.

You can live longer if you have desire to stay healthy most of the time. Remember, to stay young you must stay in good health. Be healthy and happy.

 Reaching old age is a blessing to many of us because of the desire to stay healthy and fit. They sacrificed a lot controlling the urges to eat not healthy to body system. The rule of better health is not satisfaction to the food eaten but the satisfaction to stay healthy and in better health.  Reaching old age is a wonderful feeling of accomplishment that it can be done if only we intend to make it happen.
