FORGETTING IS SOMETHING

Forgetting is a handicap most people experience when they become old. The incapacity to remember was the result from the shortage of supply of neurotransmitter causing the memory to lapse. They can no longer remember the event that happen. Their personality changes. Their brain can not act immediately. It need longer time to recall or not remembering anymore.

The brain is the most complicated organ of the body. It controls all our movements. Any imbalances or nutritional deficiency will result to the brain to act slow.

Although forgetting is the disease of the old, it still protects the brain from further deterioration. This mental incapacity to recall may be enhance by taking vitamins and minerals. The body needs it as well as the brain. This nutritional requirements can correct some of this deficiencies. With exercise, it aids the brain to function slowly but not completely due to normal aging. Losing a certain chemicals in portion of the brain responsible for the thinking process is the reason why there will be time that forgetting will occur. The more he passes through the aging stage, its mechanism will slowly reduce until it can no longer able to function. That is the reason why recalling the past event is very hard.

To additionally let the brain continue working and active. Stimulating the brain can be of much help. What are some of the mental exercise recommended to become alert and active everyday? Make a habit of reading books and magazines from your favorite characters in some of the magazines you liked. One way of exercising the brain more is by writing articles or poems or anything that catches your interest. It will be a wonderful experience to let the mind occupy something enjoyable. Playing games like chess or crossword puzzle enhances the brain to think more and answers questions. This is the least thing you can do. Boost the function of the brain. Do not waste time when the body will give up. If that happens then it will be the end.
