WHY I AM SO TIRED?

There are many reasons of being tired. If the body losses energy we felt tired. Energy became the firing element for us to continue working from sunrise to sundown without feeling exhausted. Taking regular meals with fruits and vegetables let the body more responsive to our every action. All our organs demanded that the body do physical activities for the system to function well.

Fruits and vegetables contains vitamins and minerals and other nutrients. This are the energy-giving elements helpful to correct tiredness. Being tired is an early sign that something is happening in the body especially if it comes suddenly.

Depression is one cause the body to act differently. This is a very serious health condition that should be addressed immediately by the attending physician to determine the extend of the depressive behavior.

Feeling tired in performing work schedule or any other activities without any reasons can be suspected that something is developing inside the body. This is a warning sign that we have to look into with great attention.

There are many factors that lead to tiredness. It maybe physical, emotional and mental. Physically our muscles and joints become weak. There is a burning sensation in some parts of the body where the pain is located, then tiredness follows.

Stressful events of the day can cause tiredness of the body and mind. Wakefulness and mental alertness are decreasing. Even lack of sleep causes tiredness. If we are very tired we don't want to perform our physical activity and looked to have rest most of the time.

We are tired because our energy was depleted and incapable of handling the tasks. Re-charging is needed in order to continue working. If we are tired, we have difficulty to decide, poor motivation and lack of concentration. Our sleep pattern was disrupted causing restlessness and wakefulness. The body ache, mental alertness is gone.

How can we correct temporarily the tiredness we have during the day?

-We have to rest early without interruption.

-Relaxing music before going to sleep will do to remove ordinary stress.

-A very quite room can induce you to sleep.

-Taking good meals. Trying to be physically active.

If the tiredness persisted more severely for several days, then medical attention is necessary.
