A LITTLE EXERCISE IS A LIFETIME OF HEALTH




Does exercise ring a bell in your ears? Are you willing to sacrifice little of your time for better health? I am sure you do. But there are people who are lazy enough to stretch their body to stay healthy.  It seemed for them exercise is hard labor they can imagine that can only waste their time.  They don’t understand that physical exercise can lengthen life for many years. Just little exercise means a lot to the body system to do their work efficiently. It is a wake call for the body system not to sleep on their function to attain general wellness and healthy body mechanism. It gives internal energy to trigger responsive action that benefits health.
Exercise makes the brain more active and can easily response to give optimum performance. It induces mental alertness and memory enhancement. The brain will work tirelessly and has good mental focus.
Exercise restores the waning energy. It replenishes what had been lost and recharge again for another day’s work. The body becomes revitalize and ready to face another challenge during the day by stretching limbs and muscles.
The disadvantage of lessening the interest of performing physical fitness is that you can tire easily even without working too much. Climbing stairs make you gasping for breath because the systems are not accustomed to do little pressure.  Running short distance beats your heart fast weakening and draining your energy.
If you always rest, you don’t have the appetite to work. Sitting in your chairs most of the time or sleeping anytime of the day will only worsen your laziness instead of doing things useful. We work to put our lives more comfortable and convenient. Lack of exercise put the body in restlessness. You can’t easily sleep during the night. If you can’t sleep, there are many useless thought that will come into your mind. You explore anything the mind can reach.
The most unhealthful benefits you can get from not doing little exercise is increasing your waistline. You are weighing fast storing fat in every nook and crevice of the body where it lives and stays for longer time threatening your health. If the fats remain there for long, getting disease is 100% percent sure.
 It starts to clog your arteries and small veins narrowing the space. Once the blood clot in the vessels blocking the normal flow of blood in its intended distribution lines, it ex explodes then heart attack will occur. The victim will die prematurely because of the kind of lifestyle they engage without burning enough fat to loosen the fat from where it hides. This is the reason we have to be more cautious to the level of our cholesterol. If found to reach to dangerous level then rigid physical activities is necessary to burn lore fats and reduce the threat.
It is hard to stop eating your favorite food laden with fats. You give much importance is what it satisfies you. You are after the feeling of satisfaction because the taste bud says so. The pleasure of eating was the reason of many deaths. They knew the effect but they are deaf enough to listen to what is the proper way to do.
It is not a compulsory attitude to exercise too much because some person that has illness is not recommended to be tired but little exercise may help to stretch the muscles even a light walk around will do.
If you are healthy enough to handle enough pressure then share few of your time early morning for the healthiness of your limbs. Don’t rely to riding a vehicle if it is only short distance to take a ride. Walk and you will perspire removing all the harmful toxins in your body, relaxing your feeling, removing all the stresses of the day, calming the nerves, pacifying anger and wellness of the mind and body.
Instead of sitting in your chair and seeing your favorite program often while munching snacks containing fat - you better change your belief and shapes up. Once you reach adulthood or middle years in your life or the later stages of old age, to stay fit and healthy is the best way to live longer.  The elasticity of the muscles diminished, the energy waned and the bones can easily snap even in a little twist. This is the age of disease. The aged are susceptible to many diseases. The fitness of the body can survive for many years more.
Exercise for adults gives their body better posture, flexibility and joint mobility of the muscles. It preserves and keeps steady their strength. It stimulates the function of the circulatory system for effective distribution of blood.
A little exercise means a lot of benefits to have sound body and mind may it be emotional, physical and mental, all in one, exercise can answer all these needs.
In summary, exercise may bring the following benefits:
-It avoids physical and mental stagnation and become active.
-It brings greater productivity. It builds self-assurance in whatever endeavor is taken.
-It develops positive image, self-confidence and better personality.
-It can give greater endurance and solid strength and strong muscles.
-It reduces stressful event, tension and mental lapses.
- It gives better back posture.
-It controls weight problem and good appetizer or inducer for good meal.
-It allows blood circulation to become effective, coronary and arteries widens to facilitates good passage.
-It reduces cholesterol to have a fewer attack.
-It gives efficiency for normal beat of the heart.
